1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product is not from a non-returnable category (such as innerwear, clearance sale, or custom-made items).
2. Process for Returns/Exchanges
Contact us at with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, ship the item back to the provided return address.
After quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer.
4. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where Stylo has sent the wrong or defective product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Innerwear, hygiene-related items
Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale”
